However, erroneously company missed to scan the Limited review report of statutory auditor along with the financial statement. The company submits herewith the unaudited financial statement along with Limited review report. There is no change in figures of Financial Statement submitted on 14th November, 2019 to the exchange. The above is pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
