However Company has received a mail from exchange on December 4, 2019 regarding discrepancy in the result submitted that bifurcation of Trade Payable was not reported as per Schedule III. Company is submitting herewith the corrected un-audited financial results of the Company for half year ended September 30, 2019 along with bifurcation of Trade Payable as per Schedule III along with limited review report as provided by the auditor.
