Tasty Dairy Specialities (TDSL) has entered into an Agreement with Noluma International to provide its range of dairy products in patented Noluma Certified Packaging which will increase the shelf life of products. For TDSL, it is a phased arrangement in which there will be stage wise collaboration of the two companies entailing equity or royalty or a combination of the both of these two.
Under the arrangement, Noluma will guide Tasty Dairy for the perfect packaging and provide access to its certain marketing assets.
Tasty Dairy Specialities produces dairy products. The company offers fluid milk, cream, butter, milk powder, ghee, peda, paneer, and other dairy products.
