NMDC has informed that the shareholders of the company had declared the final dividend at their 54th annual general meeting held on September 20, 2012 at the rate of Rs. 2.50 per share of Rs. 1 each on the paid-up equity share capital of the company for the financial year 2011-12 in addition to the two interim dividends already paid at the rate of Rs. 1 per share each on the paid up equity share of Rs. 1 each. The final dividend would be paid to the eligible members from October 15, 2012.
