FCI raises Rs 8,000 crore via BSE Bond platform

Food Corporation of India (FCI) has raised Rs 8,000 crore by issuing bonds on private placement basis using BSE Bond platform on December 10, 2019. In total, 247 bids for Rs 20,071.2 crore were received on BSE Bond Platform which is the second highest ever bids received for yield based bidding.

Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) had launched the platform for Electronic Book Mechanism ‘BSE BOND’ for issuance of debt securities on private placement basis.
