V-Guard industries’ Promoter--Kochouseph Chittilappilly has sold 51.20 lakh shares, constituting 1.2% of the total paid up capital of the company, on December 10, 2019, in the open market to raise funds for a social project which is in implementation at Kochi.
The sale proceeds of stake sale by Kochouseph Chittilappilly, will be utilised for closing a short-term loan taken for the land purchase and implementation of the said project.
V-Guard industries manufactures a range of products namely voltage stabilizers, pumps, electric water heaters, solar water heaters, cables, UPS, ceiling fans, etc.
