PI Industries has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named 'Jivagro’ on December 12, 2019 vide certificate of incorporation granted by Central Registration Centre. The subsidiary is incorporated to carry on the business as manufacturer, importer, exporter, wholesaler, retailer and dealer/distributor of agro chemicals, bio-stimulants, bio control and other agri-input.
PI Industries is engaged in the business of- Agri inputs, Fine Chemicals and (CRAMS) Contract Research and Manufacturing Services), Polymers and Engineering Services.
