PI Industries rises on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

PI Industries is currently trading at Rs. 1489.75, up by 9.70 points or 0.66% from its previous closing of Rs. 1480.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1487.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1495.05 and Rs. 1475.05 respectively.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1529.95 on 06-Dec-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 805.25 on 18-Dec-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1505.35 and Rs. 1435.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 20583.62 crore.

PI Industries has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named 'Jivagro’ on December 12, 2019 vide certificate of incorporation granted by Central Registration Centre.

The subsidiary is incorporated to carry on the business as manufacturer, importer, exporter, wholesaler, retailer and dealer/distributor of agro chemicals, bio-stimulants, bio control and other agri-input.

PI Industries is engaged in the business of- Agri inputs, Fine Chemicals and (CRAMS) Contract Research and Manufacturing Services), Polymers and Engineering Services.
