IOC to list commercial paper worth Rs 1,600 crore on BSE

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has made an application to list Commercial Paper at BSE for an Issue Size of Rs 1,600 crore. Post process, the effective date of listing for the same at BSE is December 17, 2019.

IOC is the largest enterprise in the country and the foremost ranked Fortune Global 500 Company in India and has presence in the complete hydrocarbon value chain from downstream refining & marketing, pipeline transportation, Petrochemicals, E&P and Gas Marketing.
