Equitas Holdings has informed that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of Board of Directors of the Company has, on December 17, 2019, approved allotment of 14,594 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the option grantees who have exercised their Employee Stock Options. The Company is in the process of applying for final listing of the above shares on Exchanges to complete the rest of the issue formalities. The paid up share capital of the Company accordingly increases from Rs 341,77,46,530 to Rs 341,78,92,470. The new equity shares issued shall rank paripassu with existing equity shares.
