Mena Mani Industries has informed that Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting has considered and approved the borrowing of funds by the Company up to such amount that borrowings together with the money already borrowed by the company shall not exceed aggregate of Rs 150 Crores at any time subject to the approval of shareholders of the company by way of special resolution in the ensuing general meeting and obtaining approvals from regulatory authorities, if any required.
