Gateway Distriparks has divested its second CFS in Chennai, held in its wholly owned subsidiary - Chandra CFS & Terminal Operators - to Team Global Logistics, for a total consideration of Rs 48.41 crore. The company will continue to operate its first CFS in Chennai where it handled over 87,000 TEUs last year.
Gateway Distriparks is engaged in the business of warehousing, container freight stations, providing handling and clearance of sea borne export-import trade in containerized form.
