Further pursuant to ‘Clause 4’ of ‘Schedule B’ of SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 and Policy on ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by its Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons of the Company', all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are requested not to trade in securities of the Company during the closure of the trading window. This trading window closure notice operates independently and does not intend to amend, alter, modify, curtail, or extend any other notice(s) on the closure of trading window for any other purpose, whether currently in effect or to be issued during the validity of this notice.
