Bharti Airtel shines as its arm starts NEFT facility for customers on 24x7 basis

Bharti Airtel is currently trading at Rs. 453.05, up by 5.90 points or 1.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 447.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 448.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 453.40 and Rs. 448.75 respectively. So far 32071 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 485.75 on 02-Dec-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 269.25 on 05-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 460.35 and Rs. 445.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 232426.55 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.70%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.53% and 1.74% respectively.

Bharti Airtel’s subsidiary -- Airtel Payments Bank has started National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) facility for its customers on 24x7 basis, in-line with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. The facility will be available to customers on 24x7 basis even on holidays, enabling them to receive or send funds to any bank from anywhere, anytime.
