Pursuant to Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Laurus Labs has informed that he Company has received request letters from Srihari Raju and his two sisters, namely Vijayadurga Chintalapati and Jayapadma Chintalapati on December 24, 2019, requesting the Company to reclassify them from 'Promoter' category to 'Public' category. The necessary steps will be undertaken by the Company in due course of time.
