Capital India Finance has informed that in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, from time to time (PIT Regulations), the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed, for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as defined in the PIT Regulations, from January 1, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the un-audited financial results of the Company, for the quarter ended on December 31, 2019, become generally available information. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2019 will be intimated in due course.
