With reference to Company's letter dated 12th September, 2019 and 5th November, 2019 and in compliance with the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, PI Industries has informed that the closure of transaction related to acquisition of lsagro (Asia) Agrochemicals. Also informed that upon the completion of aforesaid acquisition, lsagro (Asia) Agrochemicals has become a wholly owned subsidiary of PI Industries.
