As per the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, Coastal Corporation has informed that the Trading Window for transactions in Shares of the Company for all the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, designated persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider will be closed from Wednesday, 1st January, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and 9 months ended 31st December, 2019. The date of Board Meeting for the Consideration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and 9 months ended 31st December, 2019 shall be intimated in due course of time. This is compliance under the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations.
