Maharashtra Scooters has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2020, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on 31 December 2019. Further, pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1 January 2020 to 30 January 2020, for the Directors/ Officers and Designated Persons of the Company, who were already conveyed suitably to that effect.
