Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading by Insiders of the Company, HEG has informed that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by insider and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st January, 2020 and will end 48 hours after announcement of financial results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2019. The date of the Board Meeting in which results would be considered shall be intimated in due course. It is the responsibility of each insider and insider's immediate relatives to ensure compliance with the Insider Code of the Company and shall not deal in the Company's securities during the above period of trading window closure.
