Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company‘s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Binny Mills has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities shall remain closed from 1st October, 2019 to 31st October, 2019 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2019 in the meeting of Board of directors to be held on Thursday, 31st October, 2019. The Designated Persons have been requested not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
