Transformers & Rectifiers (India) has informed that pursuant to amended the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed from 1st January, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2019. The Board of Directors meeting for considering the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2019 shall be held on or before 14th February, 2019. Accordingly all connected persons / designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
