Bambino Agro Industries has informed that pursuant to Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives as covered under the said Code with effect from 1st January 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for the consideration of Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019 shall be communicated in due course of time.
