In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by Insiders’, NACL Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for designated employees, specified persons and connected persons shall be closed with effect from 01st January, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 31st December, 2019. The Board Meeting date for consideration of the said Un-audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
