In pursuance to the company's Code of Internal procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with amendments thereto, Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Directors, officers and designated employees shall remain closed from 1st January, 2020 till 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2019. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement /declaration of unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2019 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges. The date of meeting of the Board to approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December, 2019 will be informed in due course.
