In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and further clarification given by BSE vide its letter dated 02nd April 2019 vide Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, Kanchi Karpooram has informed that trading restriction period for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st January 2020 till 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2019. Accordingly, all Directors/ connected Persons/ Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
