Choice International’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Choice Equity Broking (CEBPL) has acquired 98.45% stake in the company's other wholly owned Subsidiary Choice Wealth Management (CWMPL). The said increase in stake of CEBPL in CWMPL is pursuant to infusion of Capital, post which the holding of Choice International in CWMPL has been reduced.
Choice International offers services in area of project financing, assisting in raising funds by equity or debt routes, debt structuring, private equity, acquisitions, long term strategic planning, turnaround and structuring and joint ventures, divestitures and takeovers.
