Bharat Parenterals has informed that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the code) read with applicable provisions of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by designated persons as defined in the code shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019.
