Panchmahal Steel has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Saurabh Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, Vadodara, has vide letter dated 3rd January, 2020, resigned from the assignment of Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2019-20 due to discontinuation of his proprietorship concern. The aforesaid resignation shall be effective from after completion of the ongoing internal audit of December, 2019 quarter and issuing report to that effect to the Company.
