Greycells Education has informed that in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019. Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2019, shall be intimated in due course.
