XT Global Infotech is planning for further acquisition of stake in Xenosoft Technologies (India) by swap of shares through preferential allotment as per the valuation reports of both the companies. The Board of Directors of the company will meet on January 14, 2020 to consider and approve the same.
The company is also planning for raising of funds through issue of equity shares of the company on private placement basis and increase in the limits applicable for making investments / extending loans and giving guarantees or providing securities in connection with loans to bodies corporate or investment in other entities.
