Indo-City Infotech has informed that in terms of Company Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders read with Exchange Circular No. List/ Comp/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is Closed with effect from 1st January, 2020, to till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of the Board meeting to consider Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2019 shall be intimated separately in due course.
