Avenue Supermarts gains on allotting commercial paper of Rs 100 crore

Avenue Supermarts is currently trading at Rs. 1822.25, up by 7.10 points or 0.39% from its previous closing of Rs. 1815.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1799.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1820.05 and Rs. 1785.80 respectively. So far 9051 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2010.80 on 31-Oct-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1225.95 on 15-May-2019.

Avenue Supermarts has allotted listed Commercial Paper (CP) of Rs 100 crore. The issue date of said CP is January 06, 2020 and maturity date is February 25, 2020. The company has issued said Commercial Paper within the overall limit of Rs 900 crore as approved by Board of Directors in their meeting held on January 12, 2019.

Avenue Supermarts is a Mumbai-based company, which owns and operates DMart stores. D-Mart is an emerging national supermarket chain that offers customers a range of home and personal products under one roof.
