Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A (7) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Siddha Ventures has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have, at their Meeting held on Monday, 06th January, 2020, accepted the resignation tendered by Varsha Banthia, CFO and KMP of the Company. On the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Sumon Paul as the CFO and KMP of the Company, with effect from 8th January, 2020. The Board of Directors also accepted the resignation tendered by Sanjana Khemka, an associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and KMP of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours of 8th January, 2020.
