Bharti Airtel's special committee on fund raising has priced the company’s share placement issue at Rs 445 a share, to raise $2 billion. The board also cleared an overseas bond issue to raise another $1 billion.
The Special Committee of Directors for Fund Raising of the company (the Committee) at its meeting held on January 14, 2020, approved the same.
