NGL Fine-Chem has received a closure notice for its unit located at MIDC Tarapur, Boisar, District Palghar from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB). This unit is the smallest factory that the company has accounting for about 5% of its total production. The closure is due to some procedural errors committed by company. The company expects to rectify and obtain permission to restart the unit within the next 4-6 weeks from MPCB.
