Solara Active Pharma Sciences has informed that, the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai bench (NCLT) at its hearing dated December 20, 2019, issued on January 15, 2020, has pronounced an order allowing petition along with sanctioned scheme of merger between Strides Chemicals & the company and their respective shareholders, under the provisions of Sections 230- 232 and other applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013. The certified copy of the order passed by the NCLT is annexed. The Appointed date for the merger is September 1, 2018. The Company shall soon notify the Effective Date of merger.
