Capri Global Capital inches up on completing dis-investment in wholly owned subsidiary

Capri Global Capital is currently trading at Rs. 196.10, up by 0.15 points or 0.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 195.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 199.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 199.50 and Rs. 195.60 respectively. So far 28152 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 229.00 on 05-Nov-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 113.90 on 28-Jan-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 201.30 and Rs. 194.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3430.02 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.94%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.94% and 21.12% respectively.

Capri Global Capital has completed dis-investment of shareholding in its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Capri Global Asset Reconstruction. Consequent upon the said dis-investment, Capri Global Asset Reconstruction ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from December 31, 2019. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on November 8, 2019, had approved the same.

Capri Global Capital is a leading Indian Non-Banking Finance Company. It predominantly focused into Asset Financing and Lending business.
