XT Global Infotech has received an approval for further acquisition of 66.06% stake in Xenosoft Technologies (India) in addition to the previous acquisition of 33.94% stake in Xenosoft dated November 18, 2019. Based on the valuation determined by Merchant banker and Registered valuer, the company decided to acquire shares from individual shareholders of Xenosoft by way of swap of Equity Shares through preferential basis to individual shareholders of Xenosoft excluding XTGlobal Infotech subject to the approval of shareholders, thereby Xenosoft will become subsidiary of the company.
The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on January 18, 2020, approved the same.
XT Global Infotech is engaged in on-site Consultancy Services, Offshore Software Development, Product Development, e-Commerce and Internet enabled Services.
