Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Maharashtra Scooters has informed that the share certificate of Satish Ramkrishna Zad and JT1: Padma Satish Zad is reported to have been lost/ misplaced and request is received by the Company, through its Share Transfer Agent (STA), Karvy Fintech, Hyderabad, for issue of duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof and accordingly, the Company has initiated due process for issue of duplicate share certificate.
