Srestha Finvest has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ayushi Sharma, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, has resigned from the services of the Company and she has been relieved from her services from closure of business hours on January 14, 2020. New Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange. In the interim Kamlesh Parasmal (Wholetime Director) shall be the Compliance Officer for the company.
