Gateway Distriparks has informed that the Company has completed partial redemption of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Series A 1- ISIN INE852F07079 (Scrip code-958709), by making payment of Rs 50 crores towards redemption amount of 500 NCDs of face value Rs 10 lakhs each and Rs 0.33 crores towards interest for the period 31 December 2019 till 20 January 2020 on the aforesaid redeemed debentures (500 NCDs), aggregating to Rs 50.33 crores, on 20 January 2020.
