ICICI Securities gains on reporting 36% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

ICICI Securities is currently trading at Rs. 425.20, up by 0.65 points or 0.15% from its previous closing of Rs. 424.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 435.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 435.00 and Rs. 417.50 respectively. So far 15689 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 452.10 on 30-Dec-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 188.00 on 05-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 438.00 and Rs. 414.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13557.32 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 79.22%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.59% and 6.19% respectively.

ICICI Securities has reported 33.03% rise in its net profit at Rs 136.12 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2019 as compared to Rs 102.32 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 4.01% at Rs 422.12 crore for Q3FY20 as compared Rs 405.84 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 35.64% in its net profit at Rs 137.23 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 101.17 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 4.43% at Rs 422.67 crore for Q3FY20 as compared Rs 404.75 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
