Hindustan Aeronautics shines on getting nod to enhance working capital limit

Hindustan Aeronautics is currently trading at Rs. 852.60, up by 47.70 points or 5.93% from its previous closing of Rs. 804.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 800.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 848.80 and Rs. 800.75 respectively. So far 4250 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 867.40 on 16-Jan-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 603.25 on 18-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 867.40 and Rs. 799.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 27018.51 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 89.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.78% and 1.25% respectively.

Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) has received an approval from the Competent Authority for enhancement of working capital limit from Rs 7,300 crore to Rs 12,050 crore including issuance of commercial papers of maximum of Rs 5000 crore, as sanctioned by SBI and other Consortium Banks.

HAL is Bengaluru based Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSU) Company engaged in the design, development, manufacture, repair, overhaul, upgrade and servicing of a wide range of products including, aircraft, helicopters, aero-engines, avionics, accessories and aerospace structures.
