Piramal Enterprises gains on raising Rs 300 crore through NCDs

Piramal Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 1621.65, up by 10.20 points or 0.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 1611.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1624.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1630.40 and Rs. 1614.40 respectively. So far 2139 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2729.53 on 01-Apr-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1271.07 on 15-Oct-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1655.00 and Rs. 1525.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 36345.63 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.10%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 38.59% and 15.31% respectively.

Piramal Enterprises has raised funds through allotment of 3,000 secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) each having a face value of Rs 10 lakh aggregating to Rs 300 crore on private placement basis. The Administrative Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 21, 2020 has allotted the same.
