Polycab India has informed that all the resolutions contained in the postal ballot notice dated 11th December 2019 have been passed by the members of the Company with requisite majority. Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the company submits the consolidated voting results of the resolutions. Further, consolidated report of the scrutinizer on e-voting and voting through postal ballot is also enclosed herewith. The aforesaid report is being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.polycab.com and on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
