Usha Martin has informed that in furtherance to the intimation made on 17th August, 2019 pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 wherein the exchanges were intimated that the Directorate of Enforcement, Patna (ED) had passed an order dated 9 August 2019 (Provisional Order) for provisional attachment of certain immovable properties of the Company valued at approximately Rs 190 crores pertaining to the wire rope business situated at Ranchi. The Adjudicating Authority on 10th January 2020 issued an order confirming the Provisional Order, which was received by the Company on 20th January 2020. The Company has filed an appeal against the order passed on 10th January 2020, with the Appellant Tribunal, PMLA, New Delhi.
