Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been ranked in the top three in the HFS Top 10 Internet of Things (IoT) Service Providers Report. The report highlighted that TCS has developed industry-specific solutions for manufacturing, travel, transport and logistics, energy and utilities, retail and consumer packaged goods, life science and healthcare, banking and insurance, high tech, and telecom.
It cited TCS' intellectual property across digital technologies and IoT solutions, including TCS Connected Universe Platform, SDAF, Peacock, TCS Intelligent power plant (TCS IP2'), iSense (analytics engine), and industry-specific solutions, as key strengths.
The report goes on to say that TCS focuses on developing expertise across edge, cloud, industrial analytics, platforms, security, robotics, and automation through its Centers of Excellence, and invests in innovation centers, labs, studios, and briefing centers.
