Physical rubber prices continue to rule unchanged on Tuesday

Physical rubber prices continued to rule almost unchanged on Tuesday, as the inflow of raw material was still inadequate and there was no genuine sellers or buyers on any grade to set a definite trend in the market.

Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety continued to remain unchanged at Rs 191.50/ kg and Rs 186/ kg respectively.

In the futures market, contract of October delivery closed at Rs 191.05 compared to its previous closing of Rs 190.38, while November delivery closed at Rs 189.28 compared to its previous closing of Rs 189.25 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
