HT Media to acquire 8.48% equity stake of HT Overseas

HT Media has received an approval for the acquisition of 8.48% equity stake of HT Overseas (HTOS) (subsidiary company) from HT Digital Media Holdings (subsidiary company). Consequent upon aforesaid acquisition, HTOS will become wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on January 23, 2020, approved the same.

HT Media is engaged in printing and publishing of newspapers. The company’s segments include Printing & Publishing; Radio Broadcast & Entertainment, and Digital.
